Being a results and safety oriented team player and leader, I am accustomed to successfully adapting to the challenges, demands and challenges of multitasking, joggling various projects at once. Applied Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize and stream line processes, reducing set up/run times, material waist, production cost, achieving higher quality, and operating metrics. Applied (Root Cause) Analytical Problem Solving/Corrective Action techniques to resolve complex Manufacturing malfunctions, reducing and or eliminating reoccurring Nonconformance issues, reducing rework, scrap and cost. I have also utilized Kaizen - Continuous Production Improvement techniques, to enhance processes, increasing production rates and efficiency.
