Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional (CF) teams to drive and guide them in applying revenue recognition rules through review of commercial contracts and continuous training and education. Initial involvement in structuring terms & conditions on contracts. Ensure SOX compliance with revenue recognition policies from an Auditors view point. Manage Commercial Contracting and Monitoring policies Recommend and resolution complex finance and accounting questions.

Candidate Qualifications

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5-8 years experience with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience. Strong Revenue Recognition knowledge Strong analytic skills:
able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. Experience with Commercial Contracting

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or MBA but understanding of contract accounting will override.
